How to report material in My ISO QMS or on this site that you believe infringes your copyright.

Last updated: 24 October 2026

1.Our policy

My ISO QMS is a product of My ISO Apps, LLC. We respect the intellectual property of others and respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

This policy covers this website, www.myisoqms.com, the My ISO QMS application at myisoqms.app, www.myisoapps.com, and our other products. The same policy is published at myisoapps.com/copyright.

2.Designated agent

Send notices of claimed infringement to our designated agent:

Copyright Manager
My ISO Apps, LLC
PO Box 4372
Crestline, CA 92325
(909) 253-2629
copyright@myisoapps.com

Registered with the U.S. Copyright Office, registration number DMCA-1084038. This address is for copyright notices only. For anything else, use our contact page.

3.What a notice must include

  • Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for the owner.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough information for us to locate it.
  • Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

When we receive a notice that meets these requirements, we may remove or disable access to the material and will let the customer whose account holds it know.

4.Counter-notices

If material you posted was removed or disabled and you believe that was a mistake, you can send our designated agent a counter-notice that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and where it appeared before it was removed.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where your address is located (or, if you are outside the United States, any district where we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.

We will forward a valid counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice and restore the material within 10 to 14 business days, unless that person first tells us they have filed a court action to restrain the claimed infringement.

5.Repeat infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of customers and users who are repeat infringers.

6.False claims

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. If you are not sure whether material infringes your copyright, consider talking to a lawyer first.
