My ISO started as a consulting practice, not a software company. That order matters; it's why the product works the way a quality system actually runs.
The Story
Before there was a product, there was a consulting practice: building quality management systems for manufacturers, walking them through certification, sitting beside them through audits. Client after client, the same thing happened: we'd design a clean, sensible QMS, and then watch it get implemented in sixteen spreadsheets, a shared drive, and somebody's inbox.
Not because anyone was careless. Because the software choices were terrible. On one side: enterprise eQMS platforms with sales-call pricing, per-module licensing, months of implementation, and contracts designed to make leaving hurt. On the other: Excel. Most small and mid-sized companies looked at that menu and, reasonably, picked Excel.
So we built the third option: the system we kept describing to clients that didn't exist. Every module in My ISO QMS is something we've run by hand: document control that survives an auditor, NCRs that become corrective actions without copy-paste, training matrices people actually trust, management reviews that don't take a week to assemble.
It's built by consultants who've lived the findings, the surveillance audits, and the 4 a.m. document hunts, not by a software team that's never heard the word ISO. We think you can tell.
What We Believe
Four Principles We Won't Trade.
Every module started as something we did manually for clients: the NCR log, the training matrix, the management review pack. The software is the consulting practice, written down in code.
Monthly billing and full data export, always. If a vendor needs a contract to keep you, the product has already failed.
The price is on the website. The implementation fee is quoted up front. Nobody should need three discovery calls to learn what software costs.
Quality managers hold certifications together with spreadsheets and willpower. They deserve software built by people who respect the discipline.
